Spread the Word!

This site is a free site: free to join, free to run. There's a reason for that. Accountability doesn't cost money. It doesn't require pills, programs, or expensive equipment. Are those things helpful? Absolutely. But they are definitely not requirements for living a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Since we are a free site, you won't see any kind of formal advertising. This means its up to our members (you) to pass the word along to your military friends and family. You create the community, we'll just be the hosts.

If you like us, pass us around. If not, we still like you, so its all good. We might cry a little in private though :P
